In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. Use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. dot77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified to our satisfaction.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is primarily designed for players located in Indonesia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. dot77 does not warrant that its services are legal or appropriate in any specific location outside its intended markets.

2.4 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not permitted to register or hold an active Account: (a) employees, contractors, or agents of dot77 or its affiliated companies; (b) immediate family members of the above; (c) persons who have been self-excluded from the Platform and are within their self-exclusion period; (d) persons formally notified by dot77 that their Account has been permanently closed.
2.5 Single Account Policy. Each Member may hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or inadvertently, will be merged or closed at dot77's discretion. Any balances associated with a duplicate Account may be forfeited if fraudulent intent is identified.
3.1 Registration Process. To access betting services on dot77, you must complete the registration form available at /dot77-login, providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact method (email address or mobile phone number).
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information — including a false date of birth to circumvent the age requirement — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the Wallet.
3.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. dot77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. 3.4 Account Suspension & Closure. dot77 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time with or without prior notice if: (a) a Member has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) dot77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, collusion, or money laundering; (c) a court order or regulatory direction requires us to do so; or (d) the Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months without any login or transaction activity.
4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods. dot77 currently accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. dot77 may add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion. Updated payment method availability is displayed on the deposit page within the Member's Account.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50.000. dot77 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which dot77 accepts no responsibility.
4.3 Deposit Processing Time. Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others) are typically credited to your Wallet within 1–5 minutes of confirmed transfer receipt. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are generally credited instantly. dot77 is not liable for delays caused by your bank's processing systems or scheduled bank maintenance windows.
4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the identity details on your dot77 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing. dot77 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 5 minutes for standard requests. Processing is available 24 hours a day including Indonesian public holidays. dot77 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification (see Clause 7).
4.6 Source of Funds. By depositing funds into your Wallet, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. dot77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money-laundering compliance obligations.
5.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets are subject to acceptance by dot77. A bet is confirmed only when dot77's system generates and displays a unique bet reference number. dot77 reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.
5.2 Odds & Markets. Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time of acceptance, as reflected in your bet receipt. In the event of a manifest error in the odds offered (e.g., odds that are materially and obviously incorrect relative to market), dot77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stakes.
5.3 Sportsbook — Specific Rules. All Sportsbook markets, including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, Timnas Indonesia fixtures), basketball, badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), and MotoGP (Mandalika) are governed by the sport-specific rules published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail for that specific market.
5.4 Casino & Slots. All casino games and slot titles on the Platform use certified random number generators. House edge percentages and Return-to-Player (RTP) rates for individual slot titles are available from the game providers (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming). dot77 does not manipulate game outcomes.
5.5 Maximum Win Limits. dot77 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per event. Applicable limits are communicated within the relevant product section. Winnings that exceed the applicable maximum payout limit will be capped at that limit, with any excess forfeited.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by dot77 are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of the offer. In the absence of product-specific terms, the general bonus terms in this Clause 6 shall apply.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 10 times (10x) the bonus amount before they become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 must generate at least Rp 1.000.000 in qualifying wagers before any withdrawal of funds derived from that bonus can be requested.
6.3 Eligible Games. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements may be fulfilled across the Sportsbook (minimum odds of 1.50 per selection) and on eligible casino slot titles. Bets placed on live dealer casino games, Bola Tangkas, Virtual Sports, or progressive jackpot slots may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. Eligible games are identified within each promotion's specific terms.
6.4 Maximum Bet with Bonus Funds. While Bonus Funds are active in your Wallet, the maximum stake per single bet or spin is Rp 200.000. Bets placed in excess of this limit while Bonus Funds are active may, at dot77's discretion, result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and any winnings attributable to bets placed in breach of this limit.
6.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses must be accepted and any associated wagering requirements fulfilled within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your Account, unless the specific promotion states a different period. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be automatically removed from your Wallet.
6.6 Abuse of Bonuses. dot77 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close an Account, if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk betting designed to exploit bonus terms, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, or collusion with other Members.
6.7 Promotional Calendar. dot77 runs promotions aligned to the Indonesian cultural and sporting calendar, including Ramadhan deposit bonuses, Idul Fitri cashback campaigns, Imlek lucky draws, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) free-bet promotions. All such promotions are subject to their own published terms in addition to this Clause 6.
7.1 Verification Requirement. dot77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process consistent with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to complete identity verification before making your first withdrawal or at any subsequent point at dot77's discretion.
7.2 Acceptable Identity Documents. dot77 accepts the following Indonesian government-issued identity documents for KYC verification: (a) KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — Indonesian National Identity Card); (b) SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi — Indonesian Driver's Licence); (c) Paspor (Indonesian Passport). Documents must be current, clearly legible, and show your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
7.3 Proof of Payment Method. dot77 may request confirmation that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your name. This may take the form of a screenshot of your banking app account details page showing your name and account number, or a bank statement issued within the preceding three months.
7.4 Verification Timeline. dot77 aims to complete KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving all required documentation. During the verification period, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. Deposits and betting activity may continue as normal during this period.
7.5 Failure to Verify. If a Member fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of a formal verification request, dot77 reserves the right to restrict the Account to deposit and withdrawal functionality only (suspending betting activity) or to close the Account and return any remaining Wallet balance via the Member's registered payment method after deducting any Bonus Funds.
Members are prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the Platform:
Breach of this Clause 8 constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure. dot77 reserves the right to retain any funds held in a closed Account pending investigation if fraudulent activity is suspected, and to report such activity to relevant law enforcement authorities.
9.1 Platform Availability. dot77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously or free from interruptions, errors, or security breaches. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, and telecommunications failures) may result in temporary unavailability.
9.2 Exclusion of Indirect Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dot77 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of betting opportunity, loss of data, or reputational damage.
9.3 Cap on Liability. Where dot77's liability to a Member cannot be excluded in law, dot77's total aggregate liability to that Member in connection with any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the value of the deposit or wager giving rise to the claim, capped at a maximum of Rp 10.000.000 per Member per calendar year.
9.4 Third-Party Services. The Platform may incorporate or rely upon third-party services including payment processors (BCA, BRI, OVO, DANA, GoPay), game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe), and data suppliers. dot77 is not liable for the performance, availability, or conduct of any third-party service provider.
9.5 Member Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that it is your sole responsibility to manage your betting activity within your personal financial means. dot77 shall not be liable for gambling losses, which are a foreseeable and inherent consequence of voluntary participation in betting activities.
10.1 dot77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 dot77 will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to any third party for commercial marketing purposes without your express consent. 10.3 dot77 retains Member data for a period of at least five (5) years following Account closure in accordance with international AML record-keeping requirements. 12.3 If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must close your Account by contacting support and requesting closure prior to the effective date of the amendment. dot77 will process any outstanding Wallet balance to your registered payment method following Account closure.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which dot77 holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that you may hold under Indonesian law.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. 13.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The seat of arbitration and the language of proceedings shall be determined by the applicable rules of the arbitral institution selected by dot77.
13.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
